Hippikart.com is an online retailer of apparel and lifestyle products offered at great value to the consumer. Membership allows customers to purchase a variety of products. Upon placing an order, Hippikart.com shall ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the service.

Additionally, we may provide you with information about other services, we consider similar to those that you are either already using, or have enquired about, or that may interest you or any combination thereof. Upon registering with us, we may contact you by electronic means (i.e. either e-mail or SMS or telephone or any combination thereof) to inform about these services.

Hippikart cannot always manually screen Content before it is displayed on the Website, and occasionally members may inadvertently or deliberately submit and display content that breaches this Agreement. Inappropriate Content includes, but is not limited to, Content that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or company, or that defames or vilifies any person, people, races, religion or religious group, is obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You understand that you will be exposed to Content from a variety of Hippikart users and that Hippikart is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Content. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Hippikart with respect thereto, and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hippikart, its parent corporation, its subsidiaries, its employees, its licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of Hippikart service.

While we try to offer reliable data, we cannot promise that the Content and postings on Website will always be accurate and up-to-date. You will be responsible for ensuring that your posts are accurate and do not include misleading information. You agree that you will not hold us responsible for inaccuracies in any postings on the Website.

By using services of Hippikart, you agree to receiving promotional or information content relevant to Hippikart through the medium of SMS or Email or both. Once you place an order with us, you automatically get subscribed to our order related Whatsapp notifications.

Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to the Website, delay or remove hosted Content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Website if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our the Terms of Service.

Hippikart also reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for extended periods of time, without providing any prior notice, and at its sole discretion.

Limitations on License

Availability of Site and Services

Though we strive to bring you a seamless experience, Hippikart company does not have control over the Internet and its connectivity, and that sometimes means that interruptions may occur. While we take every reasonable action to make sure that the Site remains fully functional and up to date, there may come a time when the Site or its services are unavailable, for any reason or no reason, including for routine maintenance. There may or may not be any prior notice of such unavailability or scheduled maintenance. Due to circumstances either in our control or not in our control, access to the Site and its services may be interrupted, suspended, or terminated. We retain the right, in our sole discretion, to deny access to part or all of the Site to anyone, at any time and for any reason.

Availability of Product and Customer Satisfaction

The Hippikart Company provides quality, beautiful products that are affordable to our customers. We will use our best efforts to accurately represent all of our products that are available for purchase. However, as a natural consequence of photo angling, lighting or product popularity, variations in colour, size, shape and look may occur, and certain styles may not be available until further notice. Jurisdiction/Disputes/Choice of Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune.
