Returns & Refund Policy

 Thank you for shopping with Hippikart. We strive to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

 

  1. RETURNS

All products are covered under our 15 day easy return policy which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Hippikart offers you a simple return policy, wherein you can raise a return request of a product. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered, or customer-damaged. The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable. When you submit a request for return, we offer a pick-up service and your requests shall be processed once we receive the items subject to discussion returned to us in its entirety. When returning a product, please make sure that it is correctly packed. Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Hippikart shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

  1. (13.3) Refund:

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hrs from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

The amount will be refunded to the source from where the payment was made by customer at the time of placing the order. Ex: If payment was made via Debit Card then the amount will be refunded to the very Debit card linked bank account used by the customer at the time of making initial purchase

             

For items purchased during a clearance sale or end of season sale, please be aware that no exchanges or returns are allowed for majority of products. Please check product description before buying a product from sale events.

 

Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines, post initiation:

NEFT refund will take 3 to 5 working days.

 Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

 

If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. Hippikart will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.

 

If an order has been purchased using EMI then we will refund back the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. . For any queries regarding foreclosure/ pre-closure of your EMI transaction or on amounts charged on your credit card, please contact your bank.

Please return the product in its original packaging, including all parts and freebies.  .

 

Product availability:

If the product is not eligible for a replacement or exchange after delivery for any reason, such as the product being out of stock, the return pickup for the product unavailable, or any other similar reason, you may return the product within the return period after delivery.

 

 

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

 

Estimated Pickup Time:

For all those Pin-codes, where pickup service is available by reputed couriers, the Pickup time would be within 5 to 7 business days (excluding Sundays and other holidays), however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the pickup of your product due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Hippikart is not liable and would request the users to cooperate as Hippikart continuously tries to reduce such instances.

 

The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address

Reverse Pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

 

Product Missing :

Make sure you mentioned the correct address and Pin-code when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your clothes do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified period, please check with your bank and contact us at customercare@hippikart.com for further assistance.
